¡ñDragon Well Tea is the number one of top ten Chinese
famous teas. The tealeaves have green color, good
smell, thick taste and nice shape, which are regarded
as ¡°four-wonder¡±. West Lake Dragon Well teas are divided
into fi ve types as ¡°lion, dragon, cloud, tiger and
plum¡±. Among which, the quality of ¡°Lion Peak Dragon
Well Tea¡± is the best. Especially, the tea before
Clear & Bright is the rare product. Dragon Well
Tea and Tiger Spring Water are called as two-wonder
of West Lake.
Jiuqu Red Plum Tea ¾ÅÇúºì÷²è
¡ñJiuqu Red Plum Tea is thin and bended as fishhook.
It has black color and strong smell. Its taste is
fresh and thick. The color of tea water is red and
bright like red plum. It has obtained the golden award
of Panama International Fair in 1886. Jiuqu Red Plum
Tea has been valuated as the highclass product amongst
Gongfu black teas, by Tea Quality Inspection and Testing
Center of Agriculture Department, in 1992.
Jiang Village Square Persimmon ½¯´å·½ÊÁ
¡ñIn the past, Xixi Jiang Village was known to the
public because of its ¡°Gudang Square Persimmons¡±.
It is recorded that Xixi has 2,000 years¡¯ history
of planting persimmon trees. Most of them belong to
the types of ¡°fi re pearl¡± and ¡°square top¡±. Among
which, the ¡°square top¡± persimmons have a square and
round shape, sweet and juicy, without cores or less
cores. In general, they should be picked up when they
are half matured. When they are matured completely,
they would fall down when the branches are shook. |
